About This Practice

Therapeutic Modalities

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It is often a good fit for clients who want a practical, goal-oriented approach and may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or unhelpful thought patterns.

PCT

Person-Centered Therapy is rooted in empathy, trust, and a supportive therapeutic relationship. It is often helpful for clients who need space to feel heard, process their experiences, and grow in a setting that feels collaborative and nonjudgmental.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy focuses on building skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthier relationships. It can be especially helpful for clients who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, struggle with impulsive reactions, or need practical tools for coping.
